Shubhrata has no Return/Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received a Damaged / Tampered / Wrong article , then your order will be eligible for Exchange only as per the unboxing video policy.
1.Exchange Only on Unboxing Video Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product clearly showing the condition of the item at the time of receipt.
No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video | Our Each and Every Package has a Sticker pasted, Reminding About Unboxing Video
No defect/damages in the article will be considered without an Unboxing video.
You need to share your details including Order ID | Email ID | Name | Instagram ID along with unboxing Video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number through Whatsapp.
2. Unboxing Video Requirements:
The unboxing video must be submitted to our customer service team at customer service email/phone number through Whatsapp.
The video should clearly display the packaging, the gradual unpacking of the item, and the unopened box.
Ensure that the entire item and any accompanying documentation are clearly visible throughout the unboxing process.
3. Inspection and Approval:
Our team will review the unboxing video to ensure that the item is in its original condition.
Once approved, the customer will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back for exchange.
4.Shipping Details
Once approved You have to pack Particular Article just like you received – Safe and Secured with bubble Wrapped
Customer have to Self Ship it.shipping charges are completely on customer cost.
Please pack the product nicely and safely and dispatch to our address
Please do not forget to Mention your ( Order ID | Instagram ID | WhatsApp number ) Inside the Parcel as a Note.
• Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
Upon receiving the returned item, the exchange will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days.

Refund Process :
Although we don’t have any option for Refund but in any case of any time ,
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only.
The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
