How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website www.shubhrata.com, select the items you wish to purchase, and share the screenshot of the product along with shipping information on our Whatsapp or Instagram.
Following which, you need to make the payment for the aforesaid order and we will confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed to ensure a prompt processing and shipping experience. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Who is your logistic partner?
We have reliable and trusted shipping partners like DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery etc. As per your location and shipping time, we try to provide you the best option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment options like any UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
No, at this moment we do not offer cash on delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with our delivery partner tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Do you have gift wrapping options available?
Yes, we have the option of gift wrapping at an extra cost of Rs 40 only per order.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but please make sure to record an unboxing video with good quality and proper clarity.
No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video.If you adhere to above Unboxing video guidelines and you have received a Broken/Damaged piece, we will try to resolve your concern. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of Delivery.
Please make sure the item should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and tags.
In case of exchange, shipping cost has to be borne by customer only.
What if, I forgot to make an unboxing video?
No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video.
